Wood Working

Factory warehouse is ready for lumber woods storage to serve existing customers who need different kinds of wood species, for instance, Basswood , Ash, Maple, Yellow Poplar, Rubber wood and so forth.

CNC Router consists of four heads of cutters being used for diverse, beautiful and modern styles depending upon customers' exclusive frame demands.

Numbers of Drilling Machine are provided for several styles of frames and for customers' favor. The different moldings are separated in each line. Therefore, the enough numbers of machines must necessarily be supported production capacity.

The Copied Machine is special designed for a copy of circle and oval shapes and styles of molding to be satisfied our clientele.

Painting

Conveyor system will enable the workers to have expedited operation and the workpieces will be very clean.
The automatic color spray system and hanging system by conveyor will quicker and fix up quantity of workpieces in time.

Only lay down workpieces to pass through the Auto Control Horizontal Color Sprayer, color on surface will be unique.

Special water painting room is suitable for the decrease of bad odour and mist from thinner.

Assembly

Both labors and machines are necessary for our wooden frame productions. That is why our wooden frames are good quality products.

Warehouse for stocks should be large enough for distributing products to everywhere without any hesitation.

Due to several styles of wooden photo frames, the assembly of frames must be in a proper manner to meet with the customers' requirements.
